The founders of Tanzania Cardiac Society (TCS) have achieved remarkable success over the past 25 years in promoting, creating awareness and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of its members, stakeholders and supporters in this journey of TCS success. Since its official inception in 2023, TCS has been committed to advancing the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in Tanzania. One of the key aspects of TCS's founders success has been its collaborative and multidisciplinary approach in medicine field at large guided by the ministry of health in Tanzania. The society brings together healthcare professionals from various fields, including cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, nursing, and public health, to work towards common goals. By sharing knowledge and expertise, members of TCS have been able to drive significant improvements in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of heart disease in Tanzania.
